We have started our Parish Community Garden behind the Church. Initially, we will make this garden availab le to parishioners. If you would like to participate in getting this project going, please talk with Cassandra Woods.

A special all-day Parish Planning Conference will be held next Saturday, June 4th at Corpis Christi Parish.

It is time to elect 5 new members to our Parish Pastoral Council, replacing Tanda Flounory, Harold Moore, Chris Versele, Clarence Watts, and Cassandra Woods, who will complete their terms on June 30. Nomination forms must be returned no later than Sunday, June 5th. The term of new members will last until June 30, 2013.

On Saturday, May 14th at 3:00 p.m., the Honda Power of Dreams String Music Project will present a free concert at Orchestra Hall.

Sign up for the new Birthday Club and celebrate your birthday with your parish community. Applications available at the back of the church.

The Vicariate Confirmation will be celebrated at St. Peter Claver on Sunday, May 15th at 2:00 p.m. Although we do not have anyone from our parish being confirmed, we encourage parishioners to attend or sign up as hosts for the event. See Irene Scott for more details.

The Annual States Tea will take place on May 20th at 6:00 p.m. at the Annex. You can buy a state for a minimum donation of $100. Contact Irene Scott, Doris McCrary, Deborah Tidwell, and Marlene Talley.
